Terms for using Expygen in store operations

By creating an account, activating a plan, or using Expygen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.

• The store is responsible for account access, password handling, and internal role assignment.
• Owner, manager, and cashier access may differ based on product permissions and plan configuration.
• You should notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

• You may not use Expygen for unlawful activity or to interfere with the service.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access, abuse account permissions, or reverse engineer the product.
• You may not use the product in a way that harms service quality for other users.

The store retains responsibility for the operational data entered into Expygen, including products, invoices, purchases, suppliers, and related records. Expygen uses that data to provide the service and its workflows.

You should ensure the data entered by your team is accurate and appropriate for your operational use.

Expygen is provided as a software service. While we work to maintain product quality, no software can promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security in every case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expygen is not responsible for indirect or consequential business loss resulting from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to the service are subject to the applicable courts and jurisdiction in India.
